Jet trainer Pilot's Guide
The Flight Director System (FDS) provides the pilot with aircraft attitude information through the ADI,
and with information of the aircraft position relative to a VOR or TACAN or DME station or the selected waypoint,
through the HSI.
The FDS also provides the pilot with commands on the ADI for course intercept to or from a VOR or TACAN station or the waypoint in use, or to intercept the glide slope and localizer.

Il sistema di condotta e direzione del volo (Flight Director System - FDS) fornisce al pilota informazioni relative all'assetto del velivolo mediante l'ADI e informazioni relative alla posizione del velivolo rispetto alla stazione VOR, TACAN o DME selezionata sull'HSI. L'FDS fornisce inoltre al pilota, attraverso l'ADI, le istruzioni necessarie per intercettare la rotta di avvicinamento o allontanamento da/a una stazione VOR o TACAN oppure dal/al waypoint in uso e per l'intercettazione del sentiero di discesa e del localizzatore.

When you program a PLU, bear in mind that a PLU can be used only if it is linked to a department. The PLU description is optional, and the description of the linked department is used if the PLU description is not entered. The price is optional too; if no price is programmed, the price must be typed-in at the time the sale is performed.

Electrical chain hoist - Instructions for use
The hoist is supplied with a tie-rod kit contained in a sealed plastic envelope. The kit is comprised of tie-rods, washers and nuts as required to adjust dimension "IR" (wheel track) so that it matches the beam flange width.
The following table indicates the arrangement of the external and internal spacers on both sides, referred to the type of beam and tie-rod kit group.

I have to stress that according to the present NATO codification directions, if equal standard parts exist which are produced according to Part Standards prepared by Standardization Boards of different nations, they are assigned different NATO Stock Numbers. This occurs because a code identifying the country to which there belongs the Standardization Board that has prepared the standard is included in the NATO Stock Number.

Devo quindi osservare che, in base alle attuali regole di Codificazione NATO, nel caso esistessero parti standard uguali, ma conformi a Norme di Particolare stabilite da Standardization Boards di nazioni diverse, ad esse verrebbero attribuiti differenti NATO Stock Numbers. Ciò in quanto il NATO Stock Number prevede l'inclusione nello stesso di un codice relativo alla nazione cui lo Standardization Board appartiene.

An attempt to leave the glider convinced me that my "airfield" was really soft-bottomed. After getting wet up to my waist, I climbed back in IK's cockpit, and started thinking about what was going to happen next.
An hour after my outlanding the Competition Direction's military aircraft, a Bulldog, was circling over my head, its crew asking me if I had special requirements (water, food and so forth). The decision to remain in my sailplane as long as possible evaporated.
